Our partnership with Vineyard Vines started as a way to fill a staffing gap in their Digital Asset Management team and evolved into a long-term collaboration. We assisted users with asset uploads, metadata tagging, and system cleansing to maintain the health of their DAM system. We also played a crucial role in optimizing their photography workflow by ingesting images directly from on-site photoshoots, aligning them with the correct product metadata, and accelerating the transition from shoot to publication for website and campaign materials.

As Vineyard Vines hired and onboarded their new DAM manager, our involvement extended beyond the initial timeline, with our team remaining in place to support the long-term success of the project. By streamlining these processes and maintaining the DAM system’s efficiency, we helped Vineyard Vines maximize the value of their digital assets and gain additional time to recruit the right permanent resource for their team.
